Payaka urban developmentA few months have passed since we had our first termite attack but this time unfortunately they started making serious damage to the wooden supports of roof of the buildings. Here it's where the leak is really bad...
This portion of the roof needs to be redone almost completely: in the next days we'll talk to the owner and see what we can do. It could turn out to be a very interesting reform job.
Check it out: they have completely chewed up whole sections of the horizontal supports but also a rafter need to be replaced and a few other structural pieces. It's going to be good when it's all done.
The interesting part could be to grind all these debris into a powder, then mix it again with water... reshape it and cook it! It's the magic beauty of clay. Anyway: we're on it!
