King of kefir

In these days my water kefir grains have grown to their top shape ever... never ever seen anything this big since I got them seven years ago.

This is the king of kefir!

Healthy food super yeah!

Waw, I am still amazed since my post One with the Nature: Healthy food yeah!... all the Mr.ChocoSalame and several kefir bottles have been sold already! Give thanks indeed: it must be that the price was alright and the audience was "ripe". Now I've got to gear up and get into regular Ohme made production!

A wonderful new spot has reopened in the surroundings of Pai, opposite to the road going up to Mae Yen temple. It's Earth Tone with a wide selection of gnammy healthy food... hey but look what's up there...? 

The kefir is alive!

Short clip of the kefir happily bubbling after the last refill. In this subtropical environment it's amazingly fast growing and "chewing" all the sugar and the fructose from the fruit. This batch has just a few hours but you can see the limes already floating halfway, which is a sign that the kefir is going to be soon ready. So nice...  

Ohme made kefir and raw vegan cake

As we all safely returned to our present family base in Payaka Chiangmai, a proper celebration was need so I have started again some healthy Ohme made productions: kefir (naturally carbonated drink) and raw vegan cakes... both of which turned out very well!!! The cakes are gone (last bites left at the moment) but many more are due to come and the kefir is going to be in production from now on, as we keep staying here. Come on and try some!
