Follow the trees

Just another little meditation on Love, whatever it is...

We're sailing through very deep unknown waters.
The winds of division keep blowing. Disposable feelings fly out of the window. Debris of shattered dreams pile up in every corner. People hide their scars and try to heal their self-induced loneliness under the placebo of social connections. It's a Karma storm.

 Look at this tree.

It's been through a tough storm that crack it open, slicing its trunk in four.

Lovely music productions

Just finished recording and mixing on this date! Twenty-three days of sessions spread out on almost two months of time... but produced 2 awesome CDs for a couple of extremely talented japanese musicians that have been around already for quite sometime and surely are going to do so, more and more from now on...
Ladies and gentlemen: Genjiro Hoshiya and Seto Yutaro!

Enjoying japanese alternative festivals

The japanese summer festival season has just finished for this year! So much giving thanks for this amazing opportunity we were given to come again to Japan and meet this gorgeously thriving Tribe & extended family that is roaming around campsite, enjoying Music and Nature, sharing truly the best moments of Life, caring for each other and all that is left behind! Follows a list of links to the photo albums of each festival: enjoy!
Thank you all... bless you all!
See you next year... or possibly before ;)

Awadori: amazing dance parade in Japan

We went to the south of Japan, in the prefecture of Shizuoka, on Tokushima island and enjoyed the amazing happening and celebration of awadori, a traditional street parade consisting of all live acoustic super trippy loopy grooves to support an incredible group dance... check out the links to the videos at the end of this post!
The streets were jammed packed with people assisting the event and enjoying all these rounds and rounds of dancing groups for quite a few hours... actually we left at the end that the dance was still going on full power, after an incredibly long series of bands!
Beautiful colorful costumes pop up from every corner... it's like a fair in dream land!
Please notice : when you play the following videos make sure you do NOT play it too loud: it will keep growing up possibly until the max output of your speaker when the drums arrive in the parade... beware and enjoy!!!
