Raw vegan papaya cake

Here is another Omhe made production, another cake... and it's gone already!

Again it's been a raw vegan cake and this time totally no-sugar and no-bananas as a special request. 

All the softened ingredients had been soaked in water overnight. The flax seed it's turned into an "egg-like" consistency blending repeatedly the seeds in hot water.


Crust: softened cashew nuts, a few softened dates, coconut crumbs, flax seeds.
Filling: fresh papaya, softened dates, a few softened cashew nuts, raisin, grated dark chocolate.

Cutting it when it's still almost frozen cold it's much easier, as you can get the sharp corners very straight when it's harder! Try it...
