Cork and lime floor insulation

This job is expected to be pretty heavy and potentially messy... so minimizing the movements it's going to be very important, working in a tiny space that will have to stay as tidy as possible, clean and dry as well. Here are all the ingredients!

 Lime (NHL5)

 Cork (recycled and ground)

 Sand

The required proportion from the italian eco-building store is:
1 cubic meter  of cork,  350 kg  of lime, sand (up to the needs).
Volume and weight... Is this going to be tricky?
In order to get a regular and even mix, I marked the required volumes on a plastic container. Hopefully this is going to be easy along the way, measuring each ingredient...

Best power tool help ever... a cement mixer! It's just an average brand, probably one of the cheapest but works really nice and smooth getting the dry ingredients mixed before hand. I am working on a total of 5 big metal buckets.

For the measurements of the ingredient with the biggest volume (cork), it's soon pretty obvious that to it's much easier to get one big bucket instead of measuring one small bucket for ten times! This is the easy part of the deal... Next is the really tricky ingredient: water!
