New raw vegan cake experiment Ohme made: this time I have using fresh dragon fruit and dried mangoes for the filling...
It's topped with soaked raisins: the crust is the usual cashew nuts, flax seed and dried coconut mix... but this time I have got the inspiration for a different process, next time! The dragon fruit indeed gives a nice texture: the seeds got crushed a bit more than I really wanted but it's good anyway...
