Flat cake with ripe banana

The experiment playing with ripe bananas is so easy to make and tastes really good too. As a breakfast snack it's just perfect: super quick to mix it and in a couple of rounds in the toaster turns out crispy and still soft inside.

First you smash all the ripe bananas in a bowl, then add coconut crumbs, oats and brown rice sprout flakes (fabulous healthy ingredient!) and spread it on the toaster tray! When it comes out you can slice it easily.

The texture on the top it's done with the tips of a fork before putting it the toaster. I am thinking about topping it with chocolate crumbs next time... I will surely post updates on this!
