Home made hemp pasta... gnam!

Too much of a rush to take pictures and cooking at the same time... all by myself: this is the only shot of the "making-of" Hemp tofu ravioli with miso and sage topping!

Very special filling too...
The filling is a hemp-tofu and okra mix. I added also a bit of local feta cheese and it's been a very good match, even if there weren't many other choices in the fridge at that moment...

The flour mix it's a 90% all purpose flour and 10% hemp seed flour, which is extremely rich and flavorful, giving surely a nice texture and possibly some sort of extra "strength" too. When you flatten it out, this hemp-mix pasta can definitely take some "abuse" during the handling, without ripping it.

Here's a couple of servings, with the sage-misou topping: misou needs to be blended with soy milk otherwise, in order to get to the same consistency of a classic sage-butter topping, it would be too salty.

Good success... and full belly everybody at the end of the dinner!
